…In our daily lives, we must use our Prophetic Words as Weapons in Spiritual Warfare…it is essential for us to remember that the Words of Prophecy spoken over us are not just empty words.

…They carry Power and Authority, and we are called to use them in battle against the enemy!..

…Just as the apostle Paul encouraged Timothy to wage a good warfare with the prophecies spoken over his life, so too must we take hold of the prophetic words given to us and use them as weapons in our spiritual battles…

..The enemy will always try to challenge and hinder the fulfillment of God’s promises in our lives.

…He will attempt to distort and twist the truth, discouraging us from walking in the fullness of our Prophetic Destinies. But we must remember that our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness.

..To wage this warfare effectively, we must arm ourselves with the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Just as Jesus used the written scriptures to resist every temptation, we can also use the prophetic words spoken over us to combat the enemy’s lies.

..These prophecies are not mere words; they are God-breathed and carry His Divine Authority.

…Therefore, when faced with trials, obstacles, or attacks from the enemy, we can boldly declare the prophetic words given to us.

…We can speak them out loud, reinforcing our faith and reminding ourselves of God’s promises.

…By doing so, we engage in a powerful spiritual battle, pushing back the forces of darkness and aligning ourselves with God’s will.

..It is crucial not to underestimate the significance of the prophetic words spoken over our lives. We can no longer passively wait for them to come to pass; instead, we must actively fight for their fulfillment.

..We must seize those words, meditate on them, and declare them with boldness and conviction. As we do this, we are partnering with God in the manifestation of His purposes.

..So let us not sleep on our prophecies.

..Awake this day,..Rise up, grab hold of them, and use them as mighty weapons in the spiritual warfare we face.

..Just as Timothy was exhorted to wage a good warfare with the prophecies spoken over his life, so too are we called to fight the good fight using the prophecies given to us.

…As we pray, let us thank God for the words spoken over our lives.

…Let us ask Him for the strength and wisdom to wield these prophecies effectively, to use them to fight against our enemy’s..!

..Ephesians 6:10-18

The Armor of God…

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,

15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.

16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Devotional Day 26; A Call to Purity…the Foundation on which True Power Rests

…In a world consumed by fame and personal gain, many leaders have fallen into the trap of idolatry. Their obsession with their own platform has overshadowed their true calling.

…Instead of seeking God’s Will and remaining faithful to their purpose, they have become captivated by the allure of popularity and success…

In the age of social media, leaders are tempted to cater to the desires and demands of the masses rather than staying true to their convictions. They are more concerned with gaining followers and likes than with honoring God and spreading His message.

This obsession with numbers and validation has blinded them to the true purpose of their leadership…

Furthermore, many leaders have formed alliances and partnerships based on opportunities for personal gain rather than seeking God-ordained connections.

..They prioritize worldly success over divine guidance, compromising their integrity and diluting the impact they could have had.

…They have lost sight of the fact that true Power and Infuence comes from the secret place, from Intimacy with God and Obedience to His Word….

Amidst this prevailing idolatry, I believe that God desires to break these chains that bind His leaders. He longs to give His chosen ones godly influence and global impact.

However, before this can happen, they must be purified and remain focused on their assignments without wavering…

The Lord is calling His people to maintain purity in their hearts and actions.

…He beckons us to seek Him wholeheartedly, to surrender our desires for personal gain and instead be driven by a desire to fulfill His will.

…It is in this pure devotion and unwavering focus that we will find the grace to discern the real from the fake, the genuine from the counterfeit…

Jesus Himself said, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God” (Matthew 5:8). It is in the purity of heart and devotion to God that we will truly encounter Him and experience His presence.

…When we rid ourselves of idols and distractions, we will gain clarity and insight to discern His voice amidst the noise of the world….

May God, in His infinite love and mercy, break the chains of idolatry that have ensnared so many leaders.

May He grant them the wisdom and discernment to distinguish between their true calling and the allure of personal gain.

May He purify their hearts and empower them to remain focused on their assignments, shining His light in a world that desperately needs it. And may we all learn from their example, seeking purity in our hearts.

..For this is the foundation on which True Power Rests..!

…Blessed are the PURE in heart, for they shall SEE God (Mt. 5:8)

..”Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who shall stand in his holy place? “He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.”..Psalms 24:3-4

More than a Conquerer in Christ
More than a Conquerer in Christ
More than a Conquerer in Christ

…Not only are we More than Conquers through Christ, but we are also Uniquely qualified in Him…

Whilst at a local Church Service led by a visiting Speaker, I was shown in a picture that we are qualified in Jesus…

..The Sermon was about how Jesus has Overcome the World…both through His Death and Resurrection,..but also through us, as Believers we are His Body, His Bride,…and His Ecclesia.

…In this picture, I saw Jesus holding a Red folder,…which was filled with what looked like Official documents…which were all typed in red ink….

…The Blood of Jesus was shed for our Salvation…

Each page in the folder had an ornate red boarder like Exam Certificates….and each page was placed in a plastic sleeve,…

…Now As He (Jesus)…was turning over the pages,…I was shown ALL that He has Overcome for me,…Yes! EVERY Legal and Official act that the enemy has brought my way was dealt with through the Blood…

He has done it ALL for us….!

At the time I was given this picture the visiting Speaker was also talking about John on the Isle of Patmos…

Revelation 1;

…New King James Version

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.

…In the passage the visiting Speaker was saying that the Angel bore record to the Word of God and testimony of Jesus Christ.

…And As the Speaker was sharing these things,..Jesus was showing me those records…

..We live under a misguided lie that without qualifications, we are not able to reach our full potential and have failed…

We are told that we need pieces of paper to make anything of ourselves or to become someone/or something in this life.

…We live in a fallen World (works) where we are coerced to consent to the systems that we live within…and sadly that is where a lot of people’s faith comes to rest…

…Now there is nothing wrong with desiring to achieve great things and to do well in life,…but I believe that it should never become an all consuming, never ending pressure to perform,…to the degree where the last achievement is no longer good enough…

…Jesus was showing me that He has done it all…

We don’t need Certificates and Official documents to feel qualified…or Worthy to be used for the Kingdom…

In Him we are more than qualified to do His Work,…We are more than qualified through Christ…

…When we resist and remove the lies of the enemy from our hearts and minds,…; We become more aware of Gods Truth in our lives…which gives God the ability to work through us in our daily walk,..and we are able to accept His Truth about our Identity and not the enemies lies…!

Devotional Day 24…A Bumpy Car Ride…; By Linda Gardener

House of Simeon

…Sometimes life can be a bit of a rollercoaster with trials coming one after the other…

I tend to look at challenges in life as tests in how I face them,…I can either face them with a Christ like perspective or in a fleshly way…

…I don’t like going around a mountain more than once….I prefer to take the mountain down as quickly as possible.

So I often look at challenges like a lesson..; What can I learn?..Where can I improve?….How do I normally tackle this problem?…And,…Am I trying to control a situation and not allow God to move?

..At one stage I remember saying to God,…

..”Come on just let’s get these lessons out of the way,..so I can learn quickly”..!

…Well He gave me a dream,..where I was in my car and I had no control of my car (the Holy Spirit was in control)…and my car was flying over bumps in the road,…but my car was being damaged as it was going too fast over the bumps.

…That made me sit up!…

…We can ask to learn quickly,…but then most likely, it will be a more painful journey.

After the dream I repented for wanting to rush ahead, and in doing so potentially missing what God was trying to show me…

If we make room for the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us in His timing,..He can then refine and transform us into New Wineskins so we are able to carry the New Wine He wants to give us…

To have a Christ like Character that produces the Fruits of the spirit is a life long  journey,…and a process which we all start when we allow the Holy Spirit to guide us in our daily walk with Him…

…It’s not easy…but isn’t it amazing how we have this beautiful Friend in Jesus that we can go to through all the ups and downs in life…Who we can snuggle into for Comfort and Rest during the trials in life,…and He will Counsel us as we move forward…

…May our walk be in sync with Him and His perfect timing…It wont be through striving and performance that we will overcome the mountains,…but it will be through Resting totally in Him,..and allowing Him to guide us in unconditional Love.

…The learning is in the journey not the destination…!

Let His Spirit in us…Rise up,..Empowering us to overcome the flesh and soulish parts as we Rest in Him.

..”For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.  Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified”..Rom.8.29-30..!

Amen

…God I give You my trust this day and when I trust You,..I receive Your Peace.

I do not know what lies ahead of me in my family, my job or the uncertainty in the World and everything that is going on….

..I would really love to know the future so I can plan and organise things BUT,…that would be me taking control, and so I give You my control or what I think I have control over and give it to You.

…And In exchange I receive Your Peace knowing that You have the BEST outcome for me. In all the uncertainty You are my Rock that does not move or shake or change its mind , giving me Peace and Rest for my heart.

…’The same yesterday, today and forever’’.

…I TRUST IN YOU…Thank you Jesus.

Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”

…Allowing God to be your Guide begins with a commitment to TRUST. God cannot lead you where you will not follow.

A special treasure...

1 Peter 2 v 9

“But you are a Chosen race, a Royal Priesthood, a Holy Nation, a people for His own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvellous light.”

That phrase ‘own possession’ in the Aramaic is the word  sēgullâ meaning ‘a shut up, special treasure [royal treasure], possession and guarded wealth’; and this is how Abba Father sees us.

We are HIS Special Royal Treasure, Sons and Daughters, His Heirs. He guards and protects every single one of us for we are His possession, as in Exodus 19:5-6: “Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then shall you be My own possession among all the peoples, for the earth in Mine; And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priest’s and a holy nation.”

It is not some figment of your imagination, or some type of brainwashing that you are being told, that you are “Chosen to be a Royal Priesthood,” and this is by the One and only, that spoke the universe into being creating the sun, moon, and stars, you, and me as well!

Because we have asked Jesus Christ to come into our hearts as our personal Lord and Saviour, The BLOOD of Yeshua Hamaschiah (Jesus the Messiah) has been shed for our sin, which covers our lives today, that we can and do walk in His unction and authority.

I pray today that you would walk out, in the fullness of His grace, and that you would walk holy and upright, you say that is not for today, sure no one can live a holy and pure life, get a grip why don’t you.

Well strangely you should say that the Word of God says in 1 Peter 1:15-16 “But like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in your behaviour.

…Because it is written, YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.”

Whoops, no getting out of that one is there?

We are called to take God’s word and apply it to our lives, it is not about learning about it, trying it, looking at and studying it, it is all about BEING what Father has called us to be in Him.  We walk out our lives with the Father, learning how to fulfil our destiny and calling and living out the way Father has called us to live, as His children, knowing that we are His special treasure and possession.

Simeon Devotional Day 21 : God Restores by Lisa Morrison

I will restore what the locusts have eaten
”And I will restore to you the years that the locust has eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm…”
—Joel 2:25
Now let us look at this more closely at what the scripture means and how God restores.
I’ve been doing a lot of research and the word canker means mould or a growth. The canker worm does not just destroy the tree it destroys the seed which means next year’s harvest will not grow either. They destroy everything in their path! The word locust comes from the root word ravah which literally means to progressively grown stronger in abundance of number, strength or authority. It is spelled Resh, Beit, and Hei.  These letters and their order indicate that when a multitude of difficulties come upon us, it drowns out the voice of God.
The cankerworm is Yeleq which is spelled Yod, Lamed, and Qof and means to lick, lap or devour. The letters and their order indicate a loss of hope.
The canker worm literally licks away your hope. The caterpillar in Hebrew is chasel and means to devour.  This is spelled Chet, Samek and Lamed and indicates fear. The caterpillar devours you with fear.
The palmerworm in Hebrew is gazem which means to cut off.  The word is spelled Gimmel, Zayin and Mem and indicates sorrow or grief.
The devil may use the locust against us and try to drown out the voice of God. He may send the cankerworm to discourage us and cause us to lose hope, or the caterpillar to devour us with fear and the palmerworm to fill us with such grief and sorrow that we are cut off from all the good that life has to offer.
However, if we repent, God will bring restoration, peace and healing to change to all that was destroyed by the devil.

Simeon Devotional Day 20 – He Who Forms The Mountain by Roz Mitchell

House of Simeon

As a mother bird feeds her young

For behold, He who forms the mountains and creates wind and declares to man His thought and makes the dawn darkness and who treads on high places of the earth, Yahweh God of hosts is His name.

I must admit that I when I first read an English translation of this verse I was aware of the reference to God forming the mountains and creating wind but I overlooked the seemingly insignificant detail that God shares His thoughts with man!

Many translations say that He ‘declares’, but the Hebrew word used is ‘nagad’ which means to talk ‘face to face’ – not an announcement or statement or declaration; but one-to-one, intimately, personally; and most certainly nothing to do with ‘nagging’ though our English word is probably derived from the Hebrew when you think that Noah’s sons were told to go forth and multiply throughout the earth!

Nagad is derived from the Hebrew root word Nun-Gimel which means to touch gently – as when we hear the deep resonate chords of a certain piece of piano music, or when the warm rays of sunlight enter through a window.  God is not limited or restricted to any one form of communication.  He knows what and how we need to hear His voice.

But what is God’s ‘thought’ that He gently reveals to man?  This particular word for ‘thought’ is quite unique since it is only found here in Amos 4 – so we cannot compare the use with any other context.  Bible lexicons and dictionaries note that ‘Seach’ (pronounced Seeck) can mean to meditate or swim or sweep which might see hard to link in our thoughts.

Looking at the root word ‘to think’ from which a ‘Seach’ or ‘thought’ is derived we have the idea of something difficult or unpalatable that has been chewed over to reduce it down to something that we can swallow.  Think of a mother bird feeding its young.  That is how Father God wants to share a thought with us – He wants us to receive His perspective on that difficult situation, the awkward relationship, the challenge in the workplace that feels insurmountable, the health scare that ‘could’ be sinister, or benign.  He knows the beginning from the end.  He knows the number of our days and the enemy will not take us one minute sooner than what God has ordained if we lean into Him and allow Him to share His thought for us with us.

There is another element to this word – the idea of creating a new way of thinking that is a fortress of protection for the future.  If we allow God to shape our thoughts by listening to Him and leaning in, then it will result in a safe place of protection; but if we allow our thoughts to wander, or we listen to the enemy propaganda then our thoughts will become more like a dungeon than a fortress!

We may prefer to use the word ‘meditate’ but the Hebrew word expands the word ‘meditate’ into a picture of breaking down hard or difficult situation into something which is more palatable and which will ultimately protects us.  Chewing it over, breaking it down and using the experience to bring maturity.  As we allow God to speak to us, to share His thoughts with and touch us; He brings clarity and understanding to our situations – not simply for now, but a one-to-one experience and encounter that will create stability and strength for us in the days ahead.

…Arise…Shine and Get Ready for MORE in 2024…

ARISE,…SHINE; GIVE HIM YOUR YES,…AND WATCH AS HE DOES THE REST..!

“IF THEY WILL GIVE ME THEIR ‘YES’….I WILL DO THE REST”…Says God

I HEAR THE SPIRIT SAY…”There are many that have already begun to sense and carry a tangible WEIGHTINESS OF MY GLORY THAT HAS BEEN POURED OUT UPON THE YEAR AHEAD, for the Year 2024 WILL BE A YEAR OF A GREATER MANIFESTATION, EXPANSION AND KINGDOM ACCELERATION AND ADVANCEMENT IN THE EARTH…

…But Watch and Pray for some have begun to feel overwhelmed and even ill equipped to face the days ahead…,

…LISTEN! DO YOU HEAR IT! THE SUBTLE WHISPERS OF THE ENEMY HAS PENETRATED THE ATMOSPHERE, SPIRITS OF FEAR, INSECURITY, INADEQUACY AND CONDEMNATION HAVE ALREADY GONE AHEAD TO HINDER, DERAIL AND DELAY MANY FROM STEPPING INTO THE DEEPER REALMS AND DIMENSIONS OF MY GLORY AND WONDER….BUT NOW TELL MY PEOPLE TO ARISE AND TO BEGIN TO RESIST THE VOICES OF EVERY FAMILIAR SPIRIT THAT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO DESTROY THEIR KINGDOM IDENTITY, PURPOSE AND DESTINY, TELL MY MIGHTY WARRIORS TO BE OF GOOD COURAGE AND IF THEY WILL GIVE ME THEIR “YES” I WILL DO THE REST, I WILL SHOW THEM THAT I AM THAT I AM, I WILL DEMONSTRATE MY POWER AND MY MAJESTY IN THE MIDST OF THEIR RADICAL OBEDIENCE, SACRIFICE AND TOTAL SURRENDER, YES! FOR I HAVE CHOSEN, ANOINTED AND APPOINTED THEM FOR KINGDOM ADVANCEMENT FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS…”, says the spirit of God.

PRAYER DECREES;

Let us begin to DECREE a greater a manifestation, expansion and kingdom acceleration over our lives.

Let us begin to deal with the subtle whispers of the enemy, SO WE take authority over the spirit of fear, insecurity, in adequacy, and condemnation that’s seeks to hinder, derail, and delay us from stepping into the deeper realms and dimensions of his glory and wonder.

Let us begin to decree that we are rising to resist every voice of a familiar spirit that is been assigned to destroy my kingdom identity my purpose and destiny.

Today I decree I give God my YES and he will do the REST

Today I decree I will walk in radical obedience and sacrifice and total surrender to his word and his will.

Today I decree I am chosen anointed and appointed for kingdom advancement in the earth for such a time as this.

…”Entering the Presence of the Lord: A Journey of Worship and Adoration”…

Psalm 95:1-2,6

“O come, let us sing for joy to the LORD,

Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our Salvation.

Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving,

Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.

Come let us worship and bow down.

Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.”

…Reading this Psalm reminds me of the first time I met Dr David Blomgren, from Oregon USA. It was 1979 he had just flown for nine hours on a plane to Dublin, and then been driven for three hours by car from Dublin to Derry.

He arrived at the meeting at ten past seven, and proceeded to speak on the “Song of the Lord” (which is now available in book form) for three hours; it blew me out of the water, around the skies and back down into my chair!

My mind had been dissected, exploded, and then put back together again with an understanding of worship and the types and ways to come before the LORD, that it is still so real in my life to this day.

Seven types of worship!  Seven forms of coming before the LORD of heaven and earth!

….Wow that was all new to me, way back then, and yet I am still only touching the surface of it.

When we rise up in the morning, I love to worship the Lord, as my wife Roz points out to me, I am not a quiet person to pray with….I love to express my love to Jesus, in all of its facets, shades and twists, in my highs and in my lows, still giving Thanks and Praise to my Lord.

Over the years as Dr Blomgren came over from the USA, my friendship with him grew, he would often ask how did I do, or did I leave something out, to which I replied,…”no not at all”….Abba has revealed to you a wee bit more of how we are to enter Papa God’s gates,…a smile would come from him, such a humble and gentle man yet full of the Spirit of the Living God.

Abba Father wants us today to follow what this Psalm 95 is about, entering into and coming before the Panim/Face of the Lord.

…Totally Abandoned in Thankfulness, Praise, Adoration, and Worship, coming before the Lord Most High, into The Holy of Holies.

Oh! I do not do this, I cannot sing, I cannot, my voice is not nice, Abba did not tell us to sing in tune, he said “MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE” that includes everybody in the world, do not you. Satan who was the lead worshipper in heaven, allowed pride to enter his life and wanted, “to be like the Most High” found in Isaiah 14, and Ezekial 28.

…Today Worship is so selfish and me orientated as to, hey look at me, I’m strutting my stuff, and I demand reverence, we can see this happening in concerts, gigs, and music festivals, where people are just living for the moment, that experience, that last high was great, can’t wait for the next one and so on and so on it goes.

We are told to simply COME before the Lord with our Praise, no one else is, we have an audience with The One, the King of king and the Lord of lords.

…Sing your love songs to Him, give your praise firstly to Him, be unashamed of how to come before Him, Father has eyes only for you, do not look to See if this one is looking, or if that one is raising their hands, Abba Father is only interested in YOU.
